Emergency First Response
Being First Aid Trained can literally save the life of someone you care about. Whether you are a diver or not, this course is for you and will teach you basic life support to give someone you love the best chance of a positive outcome whilst you wait for emergency services to arrive.
You will also learn some handy first aid skills such as splinting, bandaging and illness assessment.

During the EFR Primary and Secondary course you will have loads of time to practice your skills in small, friendly groups, with no pressure at all. You will then bring it all together, as part of a team, in some staged scenarios, to help increase your confidence to help others, and step forward in times of need.

EFR Primary and Secondary care begins with a fantastic eLearning experience where you can watch videos of the key skills at your convenience and in your own time.
Study offline, or online using a computer or mobile device. Connect with your instructor whenever you have a question.

With Your Instructor
In the classroom you will be put into a small group of 2-3 students, where you will watch your instructor demonstrating each skill, then have the opportunity to practice it yourselves within your group.
There is no requirement for perfection or anywhere close to it – we just want to help you improve your skills and be confident to offer assistance when it’s required. It’s better to do something than nothing, and you can only make things better.
